US Potatoes Indian Style Meat Cutlets

Akak tulis tajuk N3 omputih ek...ingatkan mula-mula apalah cutlets ni..rupernya pegedil atau begedil.  Sekali sekala belajar bahasa english best gakkan..ni semuga gara-gara rancangan Oh My English di Astro lah..
Sibuk sikit minggu ni..akak baru sempat blogwalking separuh ajer..insyallah nanti kalau ada masa akak jenguk blog korang ek..akak buat pegedil ni hari Rabu sebelum jejalan ke Zoo Negara..pagi-pagi dah kelentang kelentung tumbuk ubi kentang yang telah digoreng dan prepare semua bahan sebab nanti balik dah tentu penat.

Balik dari Zoo ..dah dekat pukul 6.00 sebab ambil anak sekolah sebab ada koko..sampai umah dah nak dekat pukul 6.30 petang.  Nasib baik semua dah siap..cuma nak ngap ajer..kalau buat tang tu gak dah tentu tak larat.


400gm US Potatoes-peel and slice thinly
4 nos eggs
250gm ground meat-fry in a pan until dry (mixed with some spices-serbuk ketumbar/lada hitam/jintan)
1 nos daun saderi-slice thinly
1 nos daun bawang-slice thinly
2 table spoon daun ketumbar-slice thinly
10 nos shallots - slice thinly/chopped
2 nos green chilly-slice thinly/chopped
2cm ginger-chopped
3gm cumin
200ml cooking oil
Salt to taste

Methods
1.  Peel and slice US Potatoes and fry in oil until cooked, remove and leave aside.
2.   Mix ground mix meat with cumin and ginger, and fry without oil until all juices are dried.
3.  Mashed the US Potatoes using a mortar, and put the mashed potatoes in a bowl.
4.  Mixed the mashed potatoes with meat and stir well.  Add in the fried onions, daun saderi, daun bawang, daun ketumbar and green chilly.
5.  Add in 2 eggs and mixed well.  It should form a dough.  Divide the douge into small ball and flatten a little bit. (akak tenguk chef cotting dgn tepung dulu sebelum di goreng..akak buat stail chef gak)
6.  Heat oil in a wok, take a patty, dipped into egg and coat properly and fry until golden brown and serve.

Nota : Gunakan api yang perlahan semasa menggoreng, takut nanti pegedil pecah kalau api kuat.
