Spicy Chicken In Dark Soy Sauce

Suker masuk dapur ummi kat kuantan tu...sebab kebanyakkan resepi dia simple dimple..senang ajer nak membuatnya...resepi kali ummi ambil dapur Gert ..ummi nampak kat dapur Jun..resepi asal dari Gert gunakan daging..akak tiru ummi guna ayam..lain kali boleh try guna daginglah pulak..terima kasih pada Gert...dan Ummi ..akak c &p ajerlah ye..

Bahan-bahan
  • 1/2 pound daging - dihiris nipis (akak guna 6 ketul ayam)-ikut ajer ummi
  • 2 sudu teh serbuk kunyit 
  • 3 sudu besar tepung gandum 
  • 1 cili merah - hiris
  • 1 cili hijau - hiris (akak guna 1/2 green capsicum)
  • 1 labu bawang besar - potong dadu
  • 2 ulas bawang putih - dicincang
  • 1 batang serai - hiris halus (bahagian lembut sj)
  • 2 sudu besar sambal olek/cili boh (ummi letak cili kisar campur sedikit cuka)
  • 2 sudu besar kicap pekat
  • 1 sudu teh gula
  • garam secukup rasa
  • sedikit lada hitam
    Cara Memasak:- 

  • 1.  Gaul daging/ayam dengan serbuk kunyit, garam dan lada hitam.
    2. Kemudian taburkan tepung dan ratakan.   
    3.  Panaskan minyak dalam kuali, goreng daging/ayam hingga masak/kekuningan. Angkat.  
    4. Tinggalkan 2 sudu besar minyak tadi dan tumiskan bawang putih, bawang besar dan serai hingga wangi. 5. Masukkan sambal/cili dan kicap. Masak sekejap.  
    6. Masukkan daging/ayam tadi dan cili yang telah dihiris. Kacau rata. 
    7.(Tambah sedikit air jika terlalu kering)Seimbangkan rasa dan gaul sebati.Angkat.

    Is it my eyes, or memang kuah akak tu nampak merah instead of black as kicap should be? But whatever it is... memang menyelerakan sekali...
